Q: I'VE ORDERED FROM A TEAM STORE. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

A: All Team Store orders are made-to-order, and the standard delivery time for this is 4 weeks (unless otherwise stated).

Q: CAN I RETURN CUSTOMISED TEAM STORE GOODS?

A: Unfortunately not. Once your Nike gear purchased from a Team Store has been customised it becomes a bespoke product for you, and therefore we are unable to accept a return or exchange on these items, so please order carefully! If there is a genuine fault with the product however we will of course get this sorted for you, no questions asked.

Q: HOW LONG IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING TIME?

A: Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 5-7 working days. Some items are available more quickly, in which case we'll advertise this on the relevant products.

Please note that for international deliveries this will take a little longer (up to 14 working days). If your unsure at all get in touch with us on email or Live Support and we can confirm for you.

Q: DO YOU SUPPLY ANY OTHER BRANDS, APART FROM NIKE?

A: Nope. Patriot Sports are dedicated exclusively to Nike Sporting Apparel and Equipment because it's the best. This means we can give you a focused, expert service on all your Nike Teamwear needs.

One of our sister companies Stadiumm (stadiumm.co.uk with Mitre) or LeaRay (learay.co.uk with a wide range of brands) can help though. Just let us know if we can help any further with this.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

A: We like to keep it simple. If for any reason you need to make an exchange or get a refund, just email us with the details at team@patriotsports.co.uk to get your request authorised. We'll then reply back to confirm and then we'll get that sorted for you straight away.
